Scientific Program

This is a next of a series of Seminars whose aim is the exchange by recent results on Physics and Chemistry of Solids and holding of contacts between scientists of various countries, first of all from Poland and Ukraine.

Scientific Topics are:

• theory of condensed systems;
• optical and photoelectronical properties of solids;
• electron transfer phenomena;
• electron structure;
• defects in solids;
• metallic and semi-conducting glasses;
• organic materials and their properties;
• chemistry of solids;
• physics and chemistry of nanomaterials and phase transitions;
• advanced teaching methods on physics and chemistry in high school.

Proceedings

Book of Abstracts will be collected from one page authors manuscripts. Paper will be referred and then published as a special issue of Visnyk Lviv University (in English)

Manuscripts for publishing in this journal should be received by Organizing Committee upon arrival (3 copies and electronic version).

Registration fees

        70 Euro (payment should be made after the arrival to the Seminar at the registration desk).

Fees include:

• living expenses;
• feeding expenses;
• Book of Abstract & Proceedings Volume in Visnyk of Lviv University;
• social program.

Important dates

• 15.04.2004 – deadline for registration forms submission;
• 01.05.2004 – deadline for abstract submission and second announcement;
• 15.05.2004 – seminar program;
• 6.06.2004   – arrival day;
• 7.06.2004   – seminar opening.
